We'll set up a limited company for you so your personal assets are protected.

We'll answer any questions you may have and give you expert advice.
We'll give you access to our accounting app to keep track of your transactions.
We'll provide you with direct access to a qualified and experienced accountant.
We'll help you prepare any documentation needed to secure funding.
If you're thinking of starting your own business, or you're getting your business ready to start earning money, this program is for you. You can join the program if you meet all of the below criteria:
You must not have sold any goods or services to customers. However you still qualify if you've received grants, loans or investment. You also qualify if you've incurred or plan to incur set-up costs.
You must expect to start selling goods or services to customers within 12 months. You must also be starting a business with the intention of making a profit.
You must be happy for us to register your business as a limited company. If you've already registered a limited company for your business, you still qualify so long as it's not been registered for more than 12 months.
You must be a UK resident for tax purposes and have lived in the UK for the last 3 years. If you're a dual-resident for tax purposes you do not qualify.
As a member of the Start-up Support Program you'll be able to focus on getting your business off-the-ground, knowing that your taxes are being handled by professionals. We've detailed how the program works below.
Simply submit our online application form and provide us with your personal details. We’ll also need you to provide basic information about your new business, such as what your business will do and when you plan to start.
A member of our team will call you to understand your goals and how we can help. We’ll discuss the client onboarding process with you and ask you to accept the program terms and conditions.
We'll take care of setting up your company, registering you for the right taxes and ensuring you’re on solid ground. You focus on getting your business ready to attract its first customer and make that first sale.
Once you make your first sale you'll graduate from the Start-up Support Program and become a full TaxBoxx client. We’ll be there to support you on your journey as you grow your business. Our monthly fees start to apply from the month after you make your first sale.
During the onboarding call a member of the TaxBoxx team will gather further information about your business. We'll use this information to inform you of your expected monthly fee once you start trading. You'll be required to accept the expected monthly fee as part of the program terms and conditions. Once you begin trading we will review this information with you to confirm your actual monthly fee. Your actual monthly fee will only differ from your expected monthly fee if the information you provided us when you joined the program has changed significantly. Your actual monthly fee will apply from the first month you begin trading.
To prevent abuse of this program should you leave TaxBoxx within the first 6 months of becoming a full TaxBoxx client, we may at our discretion charge you for the company incorporation and/or the expected monthly fees to cover the period you were in the program.
