Introduction

This guide is written for TaxBoxx clients who need to invite us into their Nest pension account so we can manage their pension scheme.

Why do TaxBoxx need access?

TaxBoxx need access into your Nest account to operate your pension scheme as and when required. This may include submitting pension contributions information for your employees as part of your payroll, enrolling employees when required and changing scheme registration details if something isn't quite right.

Steps to invite TaxBoxx into your Nest account

  1. Log into your Nest account
  2. Click on "Manage delegates" (left side middle box)
  3. Click on "Add a new delegate"
  4. Click on "Add organisation"
  5. Name of organisation is "TaxBoxx"
  6. Delegate organisation ID is "TPA004698123"
  7. Click "Find organisation"
  8. When the box appears with our details on, click "Confirm"
  9. Select "Full access delegate"
  10. Click "Submit"
  11. Click "Confirm"

Next steps

Nest will inform TaxBoxx of your invitation. Your accountant will be in touch if we need any further information or to confirm that the invitation was successful.
