Client referral policy

Background

Air Accounting Limited (“Air Accounting”, “company”, “us”, “we” and “our”) is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10256980. TaxBoxx (“TaxBoxx”) and the TaxBoxx App (“app”) are trading names of Air Accounting Limited.

Introduction

The Air Accounting Client Referral Scheme Policy (“policy”) is open to all clients.

The company will pay a referral bonus to any client who introduces a new client and who is subsequently signed-up to our TaxBoxx account by the company, and that account has been enabled and fees paid for a period of, at least 3 months.

Aims of the policy

To encourage existing clients to refer potential clients for services offered by Air Accounting Limited.

Terms of client referral scheme policy

The company will pay a referral bonus to any client who introduces a new client who is subsequently signed-up to our TaxBoxx account by the company and that account has been enabled with a service and fees paid to date for a period of, at least 3 months as a result of that introduction.

The referral bonus will commence after the referral’s TaxBoxx account has been enabled with a service and fees paid to date, for a period of, at least 3 months and the referral and existing client are still clients.

Clients making a referral must be an existing client of Air Accounting and have a TaxBoxx account at the time the referral is made and still be a client of ours when the payment is due.

This policy can be amended or cancelled at any time.

The client who is referring the referral must ensure they have consent from the third party to share their personal data with Air Accounting. If you provide us with personal data about someone else, you must ensure that you are authorised to disclose that data to us. You must, therefore, take reasonable steps to ensure that the third party concerned is aware of and consents to the fact that their personal data is being shared.

Only one client can be paid a referral bonus in respect of a referred client.

Procedure

Complete and submit the client referral form through the app or by contacting the office on 01948 988 007 and provide the details of the person you wish to refer.
